Add an option in the settings to allow, when converting a local file, to be placed in the same folder the original came from.

Currently, all videos that are converted (both offline and local) are dumped into one single folder. Please add an option into the settings that allows all local files that I convert to have their newer versions placed into the same folder they originated from. I've got dozens of files I need to convert and they're all separated into loads of folders.
